  4. Curated design and planning for Staging of the home – Red House Staging
  5. Pre stage services – painting, fixture replacement, carpet replacement – Red House Staging
  6. Existing furniture and décor pack and move to storage – Beltway Movers/Fairfax Transfer/A2B Moving
  7. Junk Removal and/or Donation of unneeded furniture and household goods – Beltway Movers/Fairfax Transfer/A2B Moving
  8. Install staging furniture and décor – Red House Staging
  9. De-staging and removal of staged furniture and décor after sale – Red House Staging
  10. Relocation of client’s furniture and household goods to their new residence – Beltway Movers/Fairfax Transfer/A2B Moving/ Choice Relocation
  11. Interior design for the new residence – Hudson and Crane
  12. Post move services – unpacking, artwork hanging, organization – Potomac Concierge
